Acceptance of These Terms

IronSplit is a triathlon race-strategy app operated by 904 Software LLC ("IronSplit," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using IronSplit at ironsplit.com or through our mobile apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Free and Paid Tiers

IronSplit offers a free tier and a paid subscription called IronSplit Athlete. The placing predictor is free to use. The free tier also includes one bike power plan; continued use of the bike power optimizer requires an IronSplit Athlete subscription.

Subscription Terms

• IronSplit Athlete is offered at $8 per month or $69 per year.
• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at ironsplit.com.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current paid period. If something goes wrong with your subscription or you believe you were billed in error, contact us at jmclaughlin.dev@gmail.com and we will work with you in good faith.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use IronSplit only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its normal operation, scraping or reselling its data, or using it in any way that violates applicable law or these terms.

Predictions Are Estimates, Not Guarantees

IronSplit's placing predictions and bike power plans are estimates and projections intended to help you plan. They are not guarantees of race results and are not medical, training, or professional coaching advice. You are solely responsible for your own training and racing decisions, including your physical health and safety. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Service Provided "As Is"

IronSplit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the predictions it produces will be accurate for your individual circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 904 Software LLC and IronSplit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of IronSplit after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
