IronSplit turns your fitness and a race course into a placing prediction and a segment-by-segment bike power plan you can actually ride. Here is the whole flow, for athletes racing their own plan and for coaches planning for others.
Race your own plan, start to finish.
Open the Race Simulator, pick your race, and set your swim, bike, and run splits. IronSplit pressure-tests your goal against real finisher data and shows where you would place in your age group.
Go to the Bike Power Plan, enter your FTP and weight, and choose your effort. The optimizer returns the optimal watts for every segment of the course, plus your predicted bike split.
You get a predicted split, a power-by-segment chart (higher on the climbs, lower on the descents so you do not burn matches), and pacing cues to ride to.
Export the plan as a .fit file and load it onto your Garmin or Wahoo as a structured workout, so you ride the plan on race day instead of guessing.
Build and deliver plans for the athletes you coach.
From your coach hub, send an athlete an invite link. When they create their account, they land on your roster. They can be on the free plan and still receive everything you send them.
In the Race Simulator, set “Planning for” to the athlete, then pick the race and the target. Everything you build is now scoped to them.
Build the bike power plan with their numbers, then Save and deliver to the athlete. It lands on their account and notifies them, with its own .fit export on their side.
Your athlete opens IronSplit, finds the plan you delivered, and exports the .fit to their own head unit. One coach subscription covers unlimited athletes.
