Account and Data Deletion

What deletion does

When you delete your IronSplit account, your account is closed and you can no longer sign in. Your personal data, including your email address and your login credentials, is permanently removed. Race strategy data that no longer identifies you may be retained in anonymized form for product analytics and to improve our placing predictions. This anonymized data cannot be tied back to you.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time:

1. In the IronSplit mobile app, open your account screen and choose “Delete account.”
2. Or, on the web, sign in at ironsplit.com, go to your Account page, and choose “Delete account.”

You will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted, because deletion cannot be undone.
